CDM Management

The Construction Design & Management Regulations 2007 (CDM 2007) clearly state that all those involved with the undertaking of a Construction Project have a Duty of Care to ensure such works are effectively designed, planned and managed. The object of the CDM 2007 Regulations is to reduce the risk of harm to those that have to build, use, maintain and demolish structures.

Demolition Services Ltd has extensive knowledge and experience in undertaking the duties of Principal Contractor in accordance with CDM Regulations 2007. From our past and current portfolio, approximately 80% of our work is carried out in the role of Principal Contractor.

Our expertise in this area extends across our management teams to cover demolition, asbestos removal and all related activities; we are therefore able to offer Clients an all-encompassing advisory service covering the responsibilities of undertaking roles such as: CDM Coordinator, Designer and Principal Contractor.

This service can be conducted by individuals who are specialist within their particular field, or a team that is able to cover a number of demolition related activities.
