Demolition Services was established by Joseph Romani almost 35 years ago and started out as the major supply chain partner to a large and well-respected demolition contractor, successfully carrying out the majority of their asbestos removal, demolition, decommissioning and remediation projects across the UK and beyond. Demolition Services has significant experience on major industrial, chemical and power projects – including the demolition of coal, gas and oil-fired power stations – in addition to major regeneration projects in city centre locations across the UK, including London.
As the 1980’s progressed, the company established itself in its own right and continued to expand its own client base, as well as continuing to work as a partner with Ogdens. Experience gained included working on major commercial projects with UK Coal and ASDA. During the 1990’s and 2000’s, more and more blue chip companies continued to rely on our trusted ‘know-how’ and ‘can-do’ solutions, aiding the regeneration of many industrial sites, towns and cities. Clients added to our ever-expanding list include ADM, ABP, Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc, Bellway, Gladedale, Reland plc and Evans Property Group.
Over forty years on and Demolition Services is truly established as one of the most dependable, proficient, safe and cost-effective names in the industry and is now being led by the next generation of the family – CEO, Jenna Romani – who is proudly and successfully continuing the family business into this decade and beyond.
